Due to the nature of this product, fruitcake cannot be returned. All orders are final. If you receive a shipment that is damaged upon receipt, please contact us. Our shipments are insured, and we'll file a claim for you with the carrier that delivered the shipment. Please retain the package and contents, as the carrier may wish to inspect it.
We are not liable for packages that arrive late due to shipping problems arising from "Acts of God" such as storms, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc. (see Shipping Policy)
